This FF's Question is brought to us by: ONCE UPON A PROLOGUE

"If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? And, why? "

Honestly there have been very few books I have read that I felt that way about. Breaking Dawn is one that quickly comes to mind. I don't think it was wrapped up neatly to be a final book in a series. We all know how it ends BUT a lot of us wanted the after story. What happened next? ALL of the possibilities in that story line and NADA.
I just finished EVE by Anna Carey & I was NOT happy with that ending either. I hope I am safe to assume there will be a follow up. If not that is seriously the most torturing, cliffy ending ever!
I know there are a ton of others but I can't remember them all now. Gonna see what I missed on everyone elses FF posts :) Have a gr8 weekend blogger friendz..

  2. I hate unhappy endings that are just engineered to create room for a sequel. Sorry about Eve. :(

  5. Eve is definitely only the first book in the series - no worries! If that had been where it'd left off I'd be furious too. It's to-be a trilogy according to goodreads.

Couldn't agree with you more about BD!

  7. I just realized I can't even remember how Breaking Dawn ended! lol Wow. I do remember thinking that a lot of that book wrapped itself up a little too nicely and then all of the sudden just ended. I didn't read your part about Eve because I haven't read the book yet!

There are too many books I've read that ended badly. I hate when the author rushes the ending...
