ReplyDeleteThank you both :) I am so sad. I bought it used and never disabled the ADMIN lock, it shut it self down after the battery died. 100% dead. So, it prompted me for ADMIN PASS to gain access & of course I did not set it up, cant find who i got it from, etc. Took it to a pal who is a GENIUS in these matters & he had the SAME issue with the model lenovo b4 mine!
ReplyDeleteTalked to a zillion ppl in the know on these matters and they all agreed-it's a LOST cause. I cried & cursed the heavens above. I am gr8ful i have a tablet (buyin a keyboard for it to make it more laptop like), desk top & my hubbys laptop. They are both SLOOOOOOOOW compared 2 my lenovo but I have something. I count my blessings, save my pennies for a new laptop (dual core or higher processor only) & go on about my day :)
